In my new book, Life 2.0 – A New Beginning, I talk about a question that I have asked countless people in classes, workshops, and conversations over the years:

“What do you want your life to look like?”

It’s an interesting question because almost everyone can immediately tell me what they don’t want. They don’t want financial stress. They don’t want health problems. They don’t want difficult relationships. They don’t want to feel stuck.

But when I ask them what they do want, the answer is often much harder to find.

I think that’s because many of us have buried our dreams. Somewhere along the way, we stopped imagining what could be and became focused on simply getting through the day. Responsibilities took over. Challenges appeared. Life happened.

Little by little, those dreams were pushed to the back of our minds.

They never completely disappear. They’re still there, quietly waiting for the day when we dust them off and allow ourselves to think about what might still be possible.

For many people, life can feel like a giant, pulling them in every direction. Some are hanging on with everything they have. Others are wondering if there might be a better path—a different future waiting for them.

The truth is that it takes courage to start over, try something new, step outside your comfort zone, and pursue a dream that has been sitting dormant for years.

It’s not easy.

I know because I’ve done it.

When I found myself facing major changes in my life, I made a decision. Instead of focusing on what I had lost, I began creating a vision for what I wanted my future to look like. My dream life included new experiences, new relationships, new challenges, and new opportunities for growth. Instead of just reacting to this giant of life, I decided to plan. I used strategies in all six areas of life, (Career – Physical – Spiritual – Relationship – Financial and Personal Development) to tame the giant.

I knew the journey wouldn’t be easy, but I chose to see it as an adventure with a worthwhile destination.

That decision changed everything.

The process I followed, the lessons I learned, and the transformation I experienced eventually became the foundation of the Life 2.0 framework that the book and course are built upon.

So let me ask you the same question:

What does your dream life look like?

And perhaps even more importantly:

What is your plan to get there?

Because a dream without a plan is simply a wish.

Your next chapter is waiting to be written.
